Open Gym dates and times are below and we will be in the main gym. Open to 9-12th graders. The side door will monitored 15 minutes prior to and closed at the start time of open gym. Be on time.

- June 24 6-8:30PM
If you plan on attending you must complete the registration form so we have updated emergency contact information and a way to communicate to you any changes or cancellations.
Complete the Prospective Athlete Questionnaire -You only have to do this once.
To be able to participate we must have all of the following forms listed below and can be found at
Briar Woods High School (rschooltoday.com):
(1) VHSL physical(dated May 1st 2021 or later)
(2) Parent Consent form
(3) Emergency Medical Form
(4) Proof of Insurance Coverage
(5) Concussion and Impact Permission Form on file
